We observe the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Our website and mobile applications meet the requirements of Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not deliberately collect the personal data of the children under 13 years old and, if the user informs us that he/she is a child under 13 in the support message or in other means of feedback, we shall not take, keep or use this personal information of such user and shall take all measures to delete it for sure.
In order to receive information on new applications which we developed you need to indicate your e-mail.
We suggest the parents to subscribe to free newsletters. In order to do this just fill in the form on our website www.whywhybooks.com. We send our newsletters to the e-mails listed in our e-mail base according to the Section 312(c)(3) of COPPA Rules which came into force on 1st July 2013 and which supposes notification of users on the following:
(i) use of your e-mail address only for newsletters sending;
(ii) using only the e-mail address and no other data;
(iii) the user may unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time.
Our newsletters sending is done through third persons providing communication services, that's why we give them your e-mail address exclusively for newsletter subscription.
